Life can get busy. Between work, family and everything in between, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves and the things that matter most.
My Connection offers a different kind of space. Somewhere to slow down, step away from the everyday and explore what it means to feel more connected.
Set in the beautiful North Devon countryside at Collacott Farm, our experiences bring together people, horses and nature, creating opportunities for reflection, discovery and meaningful change.
My Connection
We all have our own stories, experiences and ways of seeing the world.
Sometimes, taking a little time away from our usual surroundings can help us notice things differently.
Through coaching, thoughtful conversations, time in nature and experiences with horses, My Connection offers opportunities to explore how we think, feel and relate to ourselves and others.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach. Just space to be curious, learn something new and discover what feels right for you.
Our Horse Connection experiences offer opportunities for children, teenagers and adults to spend time with the horses, develop new skills and enjoy being outdoors.
We believe connection begins with understanding.
Rather than rushing into an activity, we take time to get to know the horses, their individual personalities and the ways they communicate.
Our experiences explore horse behaviour, body language, safety and the foundations of working together.
By slowing down and paying attention, we create space for curiosity, learning and a more thoughtful relationship with the horses.
Our approach
At the heart of My Connection are three simple things.
There's something special about spending time with horses.
Through gentle, hands-on experiences, children and adults can learn about their behaviour, discover how they communicate and build confidence around these wonderful animals.
horseMaking time for ourselves and one another.
Through shared experiences, thoughtful conversations and a little curiosity, we create opportunities to learn more about ourselves and the people around us.
